- Distributors license and distribute the IMSL Libraries and PV-WAVE from Visual Numerics to specified end-users in a designated territory who develop and utilize the IMSL Libraries and PV-WAVE for internal purposes only. Typically distributors provide services to their customers, including inventory, on-line ordering, shipping, technical support, pre- and post-sales support, training, and credit handling
