Problems logging in?

1. I entered my username and password, why can't I log in?
Please verify that you are using the correct username and password. If you are still unable to log in,
click on I forgot my password and supply the email address you used to create the account. An email with your username and password will
be delivered shortly to that address.
2. I can't remember if I have an account.
If you are not sure if you have an account and are not able to log in,
click on I forgot my password and supply the email address you would use to create the account.
If the address supplied is in our records you will sent an email with your account information. If the email account is
not found in our database, you will be notified.
3. I requested my password and I never got an e-mail.
Please verify that you are checking the email account that was used to create the account. If you did not receive a message telling
you that account was not found, then submit a second request. If you are still unable to log in, please contact VNI support.
